Roar

March is leaving like a lion. It's windy and cold. Guess I'll have to wear socks.

Burn them in protest... much better than burning bras! :) Don't know what you can be protesting... um... the sudden attempted return of winter? Sounds good to me!In VA March was always windy. So it was hard for me to get through this very not-windy March. I cheered yesterday when we suddenly had wind finally! Of course it knocks my satelite off... but at least my kids can go fly kites! (Guess where they are right now with Daddy?)

I don't like the wind. It blows my hair in my face and messes up my satelite dish. GRRR And my kids run around going "It is going to blow us away". But it was nice that they got to fly their kites finally. I always relate kite flying windy days to March... but Ohio is so messed up that it doesn't come till April. Of course the first blooming year here it snowed on my birthday. Excuse me? May? No, May is not for snow. That is evil.

Oh, it's snowed here in May, I can remember covering the garden with sheets and blankets. It doesn't stay, but still, to be cold enough to snow. There's snow all over now, and a blizzard expected tonight *sigh*
