Oscar, Bono, Spike and Me

I watched the Oscars, or should I say watched? Usually, I multitask while I tv watch. So there I was at my computer trying to figure out a PS problem as the Oscars provided a nice background noise. A few memorable events brought me back to tv land. I like that director.And then a voice, an unmistakable voice began to sing. So beautiful it was. I just stopped and melted. Bono oh Bono, you should have won, you rocked. I have a dog named after you Bono. He's short and dark with a big nose, and he's cute and old - my dog. *sigh* ShouldawonI don't know why I watch the Oscars, because I hadn't seen most of the entries, yet. I still have to see Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers. And I really want to. I'm going to because Aragorn wants me to. ;)But that's not really why we watch the Awards, is it?The clothes maybe? Oh well, I wasn't paying close enough attention to catch anything that warranted a big guffaw and hiss or oh look isn't that pretty.I have been more excited about the Academy Awards and the clothes.And tonight I watched the latest Buffy, Lies My Parents Told Me.I'm not saying anything to spoil, but the funniest line, I thought, was "You, me and mother" Remind you of anyone?Oh well, it was a grrrreat Spikecentric one.
